Valeasy is a software service provider and does not operate or manage valet services physically.

A. Admin (Enterprise) Information

Purpose: Account creation, communication, service management, billing, and support.

B. Driver Information

• • Name

• • Profile picture

Purpose: Operational coordination, assignment tracking, and service execution.

C. Customer Information (Mode-Based Collection)

1. Rush Mode

• ❌ No customer name collected
• ❌ No customer phone number collected
• ❌ No personally identifiable information stored

Purpose: Fast vehicle handling without storing customer data.

2. Standard Mode

• ✅ Customer mobile number may be collected

Purpose:

• • Notify customers about vehicle status
• • Inform about vehicle readiness
• • Complete the valet workflow efficiently

⚠️ Customer data in this mode is collected only for operational communication.

Important Notes on Cookies

A. Personal Data

B. Anonymous & Aggregated Data

Valeasy may collect, process, and share anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify any individual and cannot reasonably be used to re-identify a person.

⚠️ This data is shared only in non-personal, statistical, or anonymized form.

C. No Re-Identification Commitment

Valeasy does not attempt to re-identify anonymized data and requires partners to not attempt re-identification.

D. Third-Party Responsibility

Valeasy is not responsible for how third parties use anonymized data once shared, provided it does not contain personal identifiers.

E. User Acknowledgement

By using Valeasy, users acknowledge and agree that anonymous and aggregated data may be used and shared and such usage does not violate personal privacy.

6. OTP & Vehicle Handover Disclaimer

OTP verification and key numbers do not guarantee 100% verification of vehicle ownership.

OTPs can be compromised, misused, or accessed by unauthorized persons. Key numbers alone do not conclusively establish ownership.

Valeasy does not provide any legal, physical, or ownership assurance. Final responsibility rests with the valet operator and enterprise.

7. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes. Temporary QR-based data may be auto-cleared.

9. User Rights

10. Third-Party Responsibility Disclaimer

Valeasy is not responsible for actions of venue owners, valet operators, drivers, physical handling of vehicles, theft, loss, damage, or failures caused by third-party services.

Valeasy services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Valeasy reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
